  • Spinach pear salad with chocolate vinaigrette
  • Spring salad with Cocoa-nib crusted goat cheese balls with a citrus vinaigrette



Entree – Choose 1

  • Grilled shrimp with Cocoa -nib Romesco sauce over pearl couscous salad
  • Triple chocolate beef and bean chili -a hearty chili with the complex bitterness of chocolate stout beer
  • Cocoa Coq au Vin loaded with whole mushrooms and pancetta, braised in red wine, cocoa-nibs and cocoa powder

All confections are handcrafted locally with premium ingredients, including fine chocolate.
